Southern Lawn Care

About Southern Lawn Care

Winter down here is more a suggestion than a season — a few grey weeks, a light frost that lifts by nine, then daffodils showing up in February along the fence rows outside Opp. Southern Lawn Care uses that short lull for cleanup and edging, then goes back to mowing almost before the rest of the country has put its coats away. Out where the yards run up against peanut and cotton ground, a lawn's edge is the only line anybody draws, and it ought to be a clean one. Through the long season the routine holds: cut, trim, blow the walks, come back next week. The reward shows up every time you pull out of the drive and glance in the mirror.
