About Lee's Lawn Care and Landscaping

On a calm morning the Coosa lies out flat and silver at Neely Henry, and the mist walks up Ohatchee Creek into town ahead of the sun. Lee's Lawn Care and Landscaping starts the day inside that hour, mowing, edging drives and walks, trimming around posts, docks and flowerbeds, shaping shrubs and clearing off the leaves and limbs the lake wind sends down. Between the water and Choccolocco Mountain a yard can be steep in one corner and sandy in the next, so the cut gets suited to the ground it is standing on. Toward Alexandria, Jacksonville and Anniston the route fills out across a growing season that runs long and green. What lasts once the truck pulls away is the look of a place kept: crisp lines down to the water, beds tidy, nothing left lying.
