About Felayla Landscape LLC

By eight on a June evening the light over Moody goes low and gold, fireflies start up over the back fence, and the smell of cut grass hangs in air that has finally cooled. Felayla Landscape LLC does its best looking at that hour, when a yard finished in the day's heat shows what it truly is — mowing lines pulling straight toward the house, the trimmed border holding its shape along the walk. The work itself is plain: mow, edge, trim, blow the concrete clean, come back when the grass says so. In this part of Alabama the grass says so often, and there is something satisfying about keeping pace with it. A yard kept that way changes how an entire street reads at dusk.
