About Montevallo Stone and Landscaping

Montevallo is a town of brick and stone set almost exactly at the middle of the state, with the Little Cahaba slipping past through hardwood bottoms. Montevallo Stone and Landscaping puts that material to work in yards — stone borders and low walls, walkways and steps, beds shaped and mulched — while keeping the grass around them mowed, edged and trimmed. Stone gives a lawn its bones; the weekly cut keeps it honest. On a hillside lot, a short wall can turn a slope that fought the mower into a terrace that welcomes it. When the leaves come down, cleanups clear the joints and the beds so the stonework stands out again against the winter grass.
