About Rhodes Outdoors LLC

Down toward Triana the fields run out to the refuge, and in late February the cranes are still around while the first green edges back into the grass. Rhodes Outdoors LLC starts its year about then, with the opening cut of the season — mowing off winter's dull growth, re-cutting the lines along drives and walks, trimming out the fence rows. That first pass is the most dramatic one of the year; a lawn goes from tired to awake in an hour. From there it settles into a steady rhythm all the way to fall. Madison's spring comes early, and the work follows it out the door.
