Dukes Lawncare

About Dukes Lawncare

Along Old Madison Pike in October, a little cotton still holds in the fields between the newer streets, and the light goes long and gold by four o'clock. Dukes Lawncare spends those afternoons mowing, edging and pulling leaves off lawns that are finally slowing down after a hard Alabama summer. A fall cut is a different job than a July one — less racing the growth, more shaping the yard for the cool months. The mower height comes up, the walks get cut clean along their edges, and the lawn goes into winter looking deliberate. It is the kind of finish a homeowner notices from the porch.
