Baker's Lawn Care

About Baker's Lawn Care

Rainbow Mountain lifts out of the middle of Madison like something the valley forgot to flatten, and by October the oaks along the Balanced Rock trail have gone copper. Down in the neighborhoods below it, Baker's Lawn Care is cutting, edging and clearing the first heavy leaf drop off lawns that are still growing. Fall in north Alabama is generous — warm afternoons, cool mornings, grass asking for attention well into November. A yard raked and mowed on a blue autumn day looks like a place ready for company. That is a good thing to leave behind.
