About Humphries Handyman Services

October moves slowly down the older streets of Jasper, and the pecans and oaks let go a little at a time until the yards disappear underneath them. Humphries Handyman Services works through it with rake, blower and trailer — leaf removal and seasonal cleanup, beds cleared and mulched, shrubs cut back off the windows for winter. Through the growing months the same rounds mean mowing, trimming and edging on a schedule you could set a watch by. Nothing dramatic; just a yard that never gets away from anybody. In a Walker County neighborhood where every house has a porch, that shows.
