About The Happy Camper Home Co.

North of Jasper the hardwoods toward the Bankhead country turn copper and rust in October, and the color works its way down into town a street at a time. That is the signal for The Happy Camper Home Co. to shift gears — final mows while the grass still wants cutting, beds cleared and reshaped, leaves gathered up and carried off before the first cold rain packs them flat. The rest of the year the work is steady rather than dramatic: cut, trim, edge, repeat, and keep the place looking like somebody lives there on purpose. A lawn put to bed properly in November comes back easier in March, and that is the quiet argument for doing it right. Jasper and the surrounding Walker County towns are all served.
