Kresal's Lawn Care

About Kresal's Lawn Care

Five Points wakes early in June — hot brick, deep shade from water oaks planted a long time back, and the sound of a mower running two streets over. Kresal's Lawn Care keeps the bungalow yards of Huntsville on a rhythm: mowed, edged along the sidewalk seams, trimmed close to the porch piers, then blown clean so the walk is dark and bare again. The lots in this part of town are small and particular, cut through with alleys and old retaining walls, and they reward somebody who slows down for the corners. By afternoon the heat stacks up in the valley and the work is finished, the stripes running straight out toward the street. A yard that looks tended is a quiet thing to hand back to a neighborhood.
