About Compton Construction

October light comes in low over the ridges west of Hamilton, and on the big lots out toward the highway every pass you made shows up in it. Compton Construction keeps those wide yards on a rhythm: long straight cuts, ditch banks and fence lines knocked down, edges cut where the drive meets grass, and the concrete blown off so a place reads finished rather than merely mowed. Beds get mulch before winter, and the hedges are cut back while the weather is still kind. Leaf cleanup follows the hardwoods down, so nothing sits on the turf until spring. Standing at the road afterward and seeing an acre look cared for is a decent reward for a day.
