Walker Construction and Mulching

About Walker Construction and Mulching

West of Gilbertown the land eases down toward the Tombigbee bottoms, and by late October the hardwoods there turn and begin letting go. Walker Construction and Mulching keeps the lawns around town cut, trimmed and cleared straight through it — mowing on a set rotation, running the trimmer where the mower cannot reach, edging the drives, and mulching or hauling the leaves rather than leaving them to mat down. Rough ground and overgrown corners get brought back and then held there. The pines drop straw all winter, and that comes off as well. There is real satisfaction in handing back a place that reads clean from the road to the treeline.
