Snyder’s Lawn Care

About Snyder’s Lawn Care

North of Elmore toward Holtville the lots widen and the sky gets bigger, and on a summer afternoon you can watch a thunderhead build for an hour before it ever reaches you. Snyder's Lawn Care works with one eye on it: big yards, long passes, mowing and edging and trimming, timed to be finished and cleared before the first drops land. Acreage teaches a rhythm a small lot never will, the wide arc at the turn, the overlap that keeps a stripe honest, the last narrow strip along the ditch. Out where pasture and yard meet, the line drawn between them is the entire point. Getting a place like that buttoned up ahead of the rain is a fine way to end a day.
