Running Roots Lawn Care

About Running Roots Lawn Care

Fog settles into Dunnavant Valley overnight and lies in the low fields until the sun clears the ridge and lifts it away in strips. That early hour is when Running Roots Lawn Care gets the mowers moving, while the grass is still cool and the stripes lay down dark and straight. Edging is its own small pleasure here — one clean line drawn along a driveway in a county otherwise made of curves, creek bends and hollows. Trim work at the fence posts, a blow-down of the walks, then the look back from the truck window that says this yard was tended by someone paying attention. Summer's long heat and the leaf-drop that follows it get the same steady hand, in Chelsea and out toward Westover and Sterrett.
