About Randy's Lawn Service

Out along Highway 411 the hayfields go silver at dusk in June, and that is often the last hour of a working day for Randy's Lawn Service. Yards in and around Centre get mowed on a rhythm the grass sets — weekly when the rain comes through, stretched a little in a dry spell. Trimming around posts, trees and foundations, edging that keeps the driveway line honest, clippings off the pavement before the gate goes up. It is straightforward work done the same way each visit, which is exactly why the yards stay even. Cherokee County evenings smell like cut grass most of the summer, and some of that comes off this route.
