About U.S. Outdoor Services

Abernant sits up in the pine country of northeast Tuscaloosa County, where old coal-camp roads wind between ridges and the dirt shows iron-red at every cut bank. From there the work runs down toward Tuscaloosa and Northport: mowing, trimming and edging, landscaping, and pressure washing. Spring in this county arrives as a yellow tide of pine pollen on porches, siding and walks, and there is real satisfaction in washing a house back to the color it started as. Summer belongs to the mowers, when a lawn can put on inches between visits and the ground under the water oaks asks for a different touch than the open sun. By fall the beds are cleared, the leaves are moved, and a property heads into the cool months looking settled.
