About Nelsons Lawn Services

Late in the afternoon the water oaks over the older streets near Beaty throw long shade, and a mowed lawn beneath them turns the color of deep summer. Nelsons Lawn Services works those in-town blocks and the newer streets alike, mowing, trimming, edging along the sidewalk squares, and carrying the clippings off so a yard is left tidy. In north Alabama the grass runs hard from May into September, so keeping ahead of it is a rhythm rather than a rescue. The reward is small and worth it: somebody pulling into the drive at supper time to find everything neat and nothing left to do.
