About Good ground LLC
Limestone County is named for what lies under it: rock close to the surface, cedar in the fencerows, springs coming up cold out of nowhere. Good ground LLC works with that, keeping the mowing, the edges and the trim lines steady on Athens lawns and clearing off whatever each season sheds. Thin soil over stone dries fast on a rise and stays soft down in the swales, so one yard can need two different approaches inside thirty feet. Learning a piece of ground and then treating it accordingly is the slow half of the job; the mowing is the fast half. Done together they leave a lawn that looks like it belongs where it stands.
