About Dempsey Boys Lawn Care LLC

West of town the Elk River widens into the backwaters of Wheeler Lake, and in July the air over that water hangs still until evening. Dempsey Boys Lawn Care LLC keeps yards along those roads on a mowing schedule that matches how fast Alabama grass grows in a wet summer. Bermuda in full sun wants cutting again almost before the clippings dry, and the trimmer goes around mailbox posts, propane tanks and porch steps until the whole place reads finished. The reward is the first look back from the truck: an even yard, straight borders, the driveway clear of clippings. When growth slows in October the work shifts to leaves and end-of-season cleanup. Athens, Elkmont, Ardmore and the roads between are the ground they cover.
