About Whatley's Yard Services Inc

Out past the edge of Andalusia the land flattens toward pasture and pine, the sky opens up wide, and the yards get bigger than a push mower ever wanted. Whatley's Yard Services Inc takes those on — broad mowing, edges cut in along drives and fencelines, trimming around posts and outbuildings, then a blow-down so gravel and concrete come back clean. Spring here arrives yellow with pine pollen and green underneath it, and once it starts the grass does not let up until frost. The pleasure is in the scale: a big lawn brought to one even plane, corners and all. Andalusia, Onycha, Babbie and the Covington County roads between them make up the territory.
