Lawns By Scott

About Lawns By Scott

The older streets of Alexander City run under a canopy of water oaks, deep front yards on both sides and sidewalks holding the shade. Lawns By Scott moves through them in the morning, mowing, trimming, edging and clearing the walks before the day gets its heat up. Shade grass and sun grass in the same yard call for two different decisions, and getting that right is most of the job in Tallapoosa County. In fall the oaks give everything up at once and the work turns to leaves and pine straw hauled off by the load. There is a plain pleasure in leaving a street better than you found it, one address at a time.
