About Rick's General Services, LLC

Kodiak calls itself the Emerald Isle, and that green is never more convincing than around Womens Bay in early July, when the hillsides look upholstered in velvet. Barometer Mountain stands nearby, fog drifts up the bay and burns away by afternoon, and salmon begin nosing into the creeks. Rick's General Services, LLC, a general services business, takes care of mowing and trimming around Womens Bay. Grass on Kodiak grows thick and fast in the cool damp, and keeping it in check is steady, satisfying work. Along the Chiniak Highway, a lawn mown neat against those untamed hillsides is a small declaration that someone lives here and loves the place.
