About Wasilla Snowplowing LLC

The company takes its name straight from the town it plows, and there's something fitting in that directness, no branding beyond the place itself, just Wasilla, and the plowing that keeps it moving each winter. Wasilla Lake freezes solid enough by December to hold ice fishermen and their trucks, and the boat launch and lakeside lots get the same early-morning treatment as the driveways up the hill toward the old townsite. Traffic along the frontage roads slows to a crawl after a real dump, so clearing the smaller connector streets and cul-de-sacs off the highway matters as much as any single driveway. Some mornings the valley sits under a temperature inversion, fog pooled cold and still over the lake while the ridges above stay clear and bright. The trucks run through both conditions the same way: blade down, headlights on, streets opened before the valley fully stirs.
