About Green Fields Services

Breakup comes to North Pole all at once — the snowpack goes gray, then to water, and then the birch along Badger Road leaf out in a single warm week. Green Fields Services meets that turn with spring cleanups, raking out the winter's sand and matted grass so a yard can breathe and green up. From there it settles into the rhythm of the season: mowing on schedule, trimming around posts and fence lines, edging where lawn gives way to gravel. Interior soil is thin and cold underneath, so a lawn that fills in thick is a small triumph and worth tending closely. Come freeze-up they put the same yards to bed, cut low and cleared off, ready for the long white months.
