About Caswell Services LLC

Midwinter freezes the lower Yukon into a wide white road past Marshall, and daylight comes for only a few hours, low and rose-colored across the ice. Caswell Services LLC clears snow in the village through that deep season, opening driveways, paths and doorways after storms sweep across the delta. Wind is as much a part of the job as snowfall, sifting new drifts into places just cleared, so the work is done with an eye on where the weather is coming from. By the time the brief sun touches the river, the ways between homes are open and the village can move. It is winter on the Yukon, and someone has to dig it out.
